39 PKL in KBT Area Disbanded After Exceeding Operating Time Limit

Some 39 street vendors (PKL) in East Flood Cabnal (KBT) area, Duren Sawit were disbanded by 33 joint personnel of East Jakarta Satpol PP, Transportation Sub-agency and Traffic Unit, Saturday (9/4) night. It was because they exceeded the operational time limit above 9 PM.

"It is done to enforce PPKM Level 3 rules and to prevent crowds until morning," said East Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Budi Novian, Sunday (9/5).

Together with related units, his party was routinely conducting monitoring in the afternoon and evening in order to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 transmissions.

"It is done to ensure that the community still adheres to health protocols during the current Level 3 PPKM period," he stated.
